Welcome to Silhouette Clinic. By purchasing a gift voucher or booking a treatment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers must be presented (email confirmation or unique code) at reception to redeem.
Vouchers can be redeemed against any eligible treatment, subject to availability and voucher value.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Please treat your voucher like cash.
Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions unless specified.

Appointments can be booked online through our booking system or directly with our clinic reception.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid impacting other clients.
Failure to attend without notice (“no-show”) may result in forfeiting your voucher or deposit.
All bookings are subject to therapist availability.

Silhouette Clinic reserves the right to amend prices, services, and policies at any time.
Treatments are subject to suitability; clients may be refused services if deemed unsafe or inappropriate by our professionals.
